The Story

Adam Maged El-Masry's artistic journey began at the age of 13, when he started writing and recording his own music. What began as an early passion for songwriting gradually developed into years of experimentation, creativity, and artistic growth.

Over the years, Adam created more than 300 unreleased songs, using each project to explore his sound and develop his identity as an artist. Rather than rushing to release his work, he spent years refining his craft and gaining the experience that eventually shaped his approach to music. With time, he came to embrace the idea that art connects differently with every audience, motivating him to finally share his music publicly.

His growing recognition came with the song "Ya Haram," which was featured in the Ramadan series Awlad El Ra3i. The track received positive feedback from viewers and marked an important step in Adam's transition from creating music privately to presenting his work to a wider audience.

Music, however, is only one part of Adam's artistic identity. His passion for acting began at the same age, when he appeared in the series Bahr. Although the role was small, the experience introduced him to professional acting and strengthened his interest in performance and storytelling.

Determined to develop his abilities, Adam continued exploring acting through theatre and school productions. These experiences allowed him to build his stage presence, experiment with different characters, and gain a deeper understanding of performance.

His theatrical journey eventually brought him to The Golden Theatre, where he performed alongside Zazy Hafez. He also took part in the Arabic adaptation of Dahab by Anwar Wagdi, taking on three different roles within the same production, including the iconic role originally portrayed by Ismail Yassin.

Today, Adam Maged El-Masry continues to develop himself across music and acting, drawing on years of songwriting, recording, theatre, and performance. His journey reflects an artist who has chosen to grow through experience, experiment across creative disciplines, and share his work when he feels ready to connect with an audience.
