A graduate of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in 2012, El-Sagheer later earned a Mini MBA in Business Administration in 2014, developing an academic and professional foundation that supported her progression across both media and executive leadership. She began her broadcasting career in 2020 and gained recognition through a number of television and radio programs, including O’det Nogoum, El Kalam ‘Ala Eih, Free Time, Matihzarash, and El Tagroba Men El Oula. Through her work as a presenter, she has engaged audiences with social issues, public conversations, and contemporary topics.

Her experience, however, extends well beyond presenting. El-Sagheer serves as CEO of Partem Media Production, a multinational media production company operating across Egypt, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. In this executive capacity, she combines her experience in broadcasting and production with business leadership, contributing to media projects across different markets and audiences.

In 2026, she received an Honorary VIP Doctorate Certificate from Atwar Academy for Scientific and Research Development in the Republic of Iraq. According to the certificate, the recognition is presented to prominent figures in science and culture in acknowledgment of their role in developing scientific and humanistic fields across the academy and the Arab region.

The certificate, issued in the name of Media Personality / Journalist Nessmahar Al-Sagheer, represents an additional distinction in her professional journey and recognizes her contribution and public presence within the broader Arab community.
