Enas Elghrouri

Enas Elghrouri is a UK-based Global HR Business Partner and social impact leader with more than a decade of experience shaping and scaling people operations for multinational organisations across North America, Latin America, EMEA, and APAC.

Throughout her career, Enas has worked at the intersection of people, culture, and organisational growth, helping international organisations build effective people strategies across diverse markets and complex cultural environments. Her approach combines strategic HR leadership with a deep understanding of cultural intelligence, inclusion, and the human factors that influence organisational performance.

Beyond corporate HR, Enas has dedicated her work to creating meaningful social impact. She is the founder of Atlas for Humanity, a social impact venture focused on developing culturally intelligent programmes for diaspora and underserved communities. Through strategic partnerships with NHS - The National Health Services in the UK, UK visa and immigrant Government department (Home Office), and civic organisations, Atlas for Humanity works to bridge gaps between institutions and the communities they serve.

A defining achievement in Enas’s social impact work has been the development and implementation of a pioneering mental health training programme for the Arab community in the UK. Delivered in Arabic and developed in partnership with the National Health Service (NHS), the programme was designed to address cultural and linguistic barriers that can prevent communities from accessing and engaging with mental health support.

The initiative reflects Enas’s broader philosophy: meaningful inclusion requires more than representation. It requires institutions to understand the cultural realities, languages, experiences, and needs of the people they serve.
