Nessmahar Mohamed El-Sagheer

Nessmahar Mohamed El-Sagheer represents a modern generation of media professionals whose careers extend beyond the screen. As an Egyptian-Turkish presenter, media producer, and executive leader, she has built a professional path that brings together broadcasting, media management, public engagement, and community service.

A graduate of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport in 2012, El-Sagheer later earned a Mini MBA in Business Administration in 2014, developing a foundation that would support her transition between media and executive leadership. She began her broadcasting career in 2020, appearing across a number of television and radio programs, including O’det Nogoum, El Kalam ‘Ala Eih, Free Time, Matihzarash, and El Tagroba Men El Oula. Her work as a presenter has allowed her to engage with social issues, public conversations, and stories that connect with a broad audience.

Her experience, however, extends well beyond presenting. El-Sagheer serves as CEO of Partem Media Production, a multinational media production company operating across Egypt, Oman, and the United Arab Emirates. Through her executive role, she has combined her understanding of media with business leadership, contributing to projects that operate across different markets and audiences.

One of the most significant dimensions of her work is her involvement in the “You Are Not Alone” (Enta Mesh Wahdak) Initiative under Mostaqbal Watan Party. Serving as the initiative’s Media Officer, El-Sagheer plays a central role in communicating its activities, supporting its public outreach, and helping bring its social message to wider audiences. Her position places her at the intersection of media and community engagement, using communication not simply as a platform for visibility, but as a means of connecting people with initiatives designed to provide support and raise social awareness.

In 2023, she represented Egypt at the Abu Dhabi International Conference under the auspices of the United Nations, adding an international dimension to a career already shaped by communication and leadership.

She has also been involved in the return of Aks El-Etejah, a program relaunched with a renewed format centered on contemporary social dialogue. The project reflects an aspect of her professional identity that has remained consistent throughout her career: the belief that media can be a space for meaningful conversation rather than simply entertainment.
